Does Anybody Use MySpace Anymore?
Just wondering...
I know there's a gap between the early adopters who use the HELL out of something (like the social media core and MySpace, or Twitter, or...) and the general public. Personally, I haven't logged into either my personal or my STBD account on MySpace in weeks, except to send the occasional "I don't have your email and this is the only way I can find you" message.
Your experience?

In terms of my site, it brings very little ongoing value, so I largely ignore it.
I have a few buddies who really only respond to Myspace messages, so that's the only reason I ever use it for anything personal. Besides trolling for teenage ass. Wait...scratch that last part.
I'm pretty sure early adopters are 3 social networks removed from Myspace at this point.

I absolutely HATE MySpace but I can't begin to explain the amount of traffic from there. I log into it whenever I get a friend request or I need to update our blog to reflect the latest EP. Besides that I avoid it like the plague.

You know it is funny because I stumbled into myspace today and was looking at someone's profile and I was logged out because I hadn't visited in over two weeks. Ya myspace is pretty much dead to me.

It seems that with the people I know, they either have one or the other, and there are the rare few who are linked to absolutely every form of online social network.
I would normally admit that I belong to the latter group, except that I can't stand MySpace, and deleted it a few years ago.

I pop in every other day or so because so many friends that don't know of anything else but that use it to communicate to me. I have even tried to get them to just email me and they prefer to myspace. Whatever.

I generally login out of needing a mental break at work. I can keep track of some DJ's i follow and their posts on new remixes. I don't really use it for anything more than that. Facebook doesn't do much for me either...

I use it every day. Half my traffic and subscribers comes from it.
